◇ POLYCARBONATE

Garden greenhouses use high-density Polish-made polycarbonate with UV stabilization (700g/m²) for exceptional rigidity and durability, making them resilient against weather conditions like hail and heavy rain.

UV Layer – Each polycarbonate panel is coated with UV protection for long-lasting durability and to prevent yellowing.
Mounting – Polycarbonate panels in garden greenhouses are securely screwed onto the frame, ensuring stability even in strong winds. Each panel spans two sections, providing increased wind resistance.

Our polycarbonate is pre-cut and fitted precisely to the greenhouse frame, reducing installation time and minimizing user error while maintaining quality.

◇ PROFILES

Garden greenhouses are reinforced with closed aluminum profiles (31x31x1.5mm and 28x28x2mm) that provide resistance to snow and strong winds. Powder-coated in anthracite (RAL 7016), they add a clean aesthetic. The paint is heavy-metal-free, following QUALICOAT standards, ideal for eco-friendly gardening.

Laser-cut holes and labeled profiles simplify assembly, while the modular frame spacing every 62 cm improves wind stability. High-quality stainless steel screws ensure secure connections in all garden greenhouses.

◇ REINFORCEMENTS AND FOUNDATION ATTACHMENT

Galvanized steel reinforcements (2mm) at key points enhance weather resistance and maintain a cohesive look. Powder-coated washers allow for secure foundation attachment, stabilizing the greenhouse against strong winds, which is especially valuable for garden greenhouses in exposed locations.

Properly installed braces provide additional stability during high winds.

◇ FUNCTIONALITY

Garden greenhouses are designed for comfort and plant growth, with high sidewalls and roof angles that allow for ample height, making them suitable for both plants and gardening tasks.

Front and back doors offer ventilation, and a split-door option allows airflow while keeping pets out, protecting the plants.
