Polycarbonate

Profiles
The structure features high-quality, closed steel profiles in sizes 31x31x1mm and 28x28x1mm. These profiles ensure the greenhouse can withstand extreme weather conditions like snow and strong winds. The profiles are powder-coated in RAL 7016 anthracite, ensuring both visual appeal and protection. The paint used is free of heavy metals, ensuring the materials are safe for both the environment and users.
Assembly and Reinforcement
The greenhouse design includes laser-cut holes for screws, which makes the assembly process faster and more efficient. There are no welded elements that could compromise the zinc coating, ensuring long-lasting durability. For additional stability, the greenhouse features reinforcements made from 2mm galvanized steel in the roof apex, lower corners, and front parts of the structure. These reinforcements are powder-coated to match the structure’s color, ensuring a sleek and cohesive look.
Functionality
The greenhouse provides excellent ventilation through the front and rear doors. The doors can be divided into two halves, which is particularly useful for pet owners—keeping pets out while ensuring adequate airflow. The strong hinges are designed for frequent use, while the latch securely keeps the doors closed. The greenhouse can be opened both from the inside and outside, providing easy access and added convenience for those with children in the garden.
